SponserKliks browser extension
What is the Chrome browser extension for?
This has been developed to stimulate the use of SponsorKliks as much as possible and people will not easily “forget” to make a purchase without using SponsorKliks.

And within the travel category, Booking yields the most, if you visit that website directly, a popup will be shown so that you can still click SponsorKlick and the commission will not be lost.
Note: The Chrome extension also works in Microsoft Edge and other Chromium based browsers.
How does the extension work?
Het is van belang dat je eerst de extensie installeert vanuit de Chrome Web Store and then select that the commission should go to the Rotterdamse Studenten Alpen Club.
Suppose you go directly to Booking (so you forget to do this via the Sponsor clicks page of the RSAC) then a pop up will appear that lets you choose whether you want to sponsor the RSAC or not this time. As soon as you choose “Yes, I sponsor for free” you will be redirected to the website of the shop and a commission amount will be paid to Rotterdamse Studenten Alpen Club after a purchase.
For the webshops that you can check or uncheck, as soon as you check them, they will appear in the bookmarks bar of your browser. As soon as you want to make a purchase for 1 of these webshops, click on the order button of the relevant store and the purchase will automatically benefit the set sponsor goal. So you don't have to go to SponsorKliks first.
The same happens if you choose the option “New window with commission”. Every time you open a new window you will see the total commission of Rotterdam Student Alpine Club and the logos of the main shop. If you click on a logo, the Rotterdamse Studenten Alpen Club code is automatically added, so SponsorKliks knows that the commission of your purchase must go to us.
